She plays Penelope Garcia on Criminal Minds, which is one of my favourite shows. I remember her vaguely from the short-lived LAX but I'm not really familiar with any of her other work. I like this particular character a lot (yes, I may be biased because one of my bosses says she reminds him of me) and look forward to seeing her in more roles.
